Finished embroidery!

I painted a frame yesterday and finally framed that piece of embroidery I made last week.

 

Looking at it now I need to work a little on my freehand machine embroidery! But it’s not bad for my first attempt for sure. Also, the gold paint looks a little gaudy in the pic – it’s not so yellow for real!

 

Looks nice on the wall though, right?!

Bienvenue a Bazaar.

An Irish girl living in Brussels, I'm exploring a world of sewing, quilting, tea and cake, along with discovering Belgium's ideas of sustainable living. Je suis une Irlandaise, qui habite a Bruxelles et j'explore une monde du couture, quilting, thé et gâteau, avec les idées Belge pour la monde durable. J'espere que Bazaar grandira dans une collectif des gens interésser dans cette choses, mais maintenant c'est seulement moi!
